Import Duties & Taxes
Any import duties, taxes or brokerage fees due at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer. Packing slips for International Shipments cannot be marked as a “gift” or with altered prices.
Shipping Schedules
OSMILER ships every Tuesday&Friday excluding China public holidays. All shipping dates are pending payment verification. Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to process before it is shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For the United States, we will ship your order from our local warehouse within 2-3 business days of placing your order.

How do I check the status of my order?
After your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us containing a tracking number that you can use to check the status of your order. Please wait 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you do not receive your order within 2 days of receiving the shipment confirmation email, please contact us at service@osmiler.com with your name and order number and we will look into it for you.
